10-Minute Asian Coleslaw image

Serving salad is in the bag with this easy recipe. Crunchy and flavorful in just 10 minutes!

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 cup Italian dressing
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 bag (16 ounces) coleslaw mix
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin orange segments, drained
1 small jicama (about 1 pound), peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes (2 cups)
1/2 cup peanuts

Steps:

  • In small bowl, mix all dressing ingredients with wire whisk until smooth.
  • In large bowl, toss coleslaw mix, orange segments and jicama. Toss with dressing. Sprinkle with peanuts.
