This is a recipe my mother in law shared with me. Its easy and makes can bake beans much tastier. We like it with hot dogs or kielbasi. Don't limit yourself...spice up as you like!!

Steps:
- 1. In skillet saute onions in butter until softened ;add the garlic cook a minute or two.
- 2. Kidney or pinto beans can be drained unless you are using a Chili style bean..I usually keep the plain pintos on hand so I can use with other recipes...No rules...make it your own!! :)
- 3. Turn off heat for skillet and combine onion mixture with remaining ingredients.Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole..place in a preheated oven 350 degrees for 30minutes and heated through
