I've made this stew several times and it's always a hit. The beef is always tender and the vegetables are cooked perfectly. The stew is also very flavorful. I like to serve it over mashed potatoes or rice.

This stew is a great way to use up leftover beef. I usually make it with chuck roast, but you can use any type of beef you like. The stew is always hearty and flavorful, and it's perfect for a cold winter day.

I love this recipe! The stew is always delicious and the leftovers are even better. I usually make a double batch so I can have some for lunch the next day.

This 5-hour stew recipe is a keeper! The beef was fall-apart tender and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. The flavors were rich and complex, and the stew had a wonderful aroma. I served it over mashed potatoes and it was a hit with my family.
