7 cup salad image

this is really good i got this from a teacher i worked with at a school here in murfreesboro.i was a cook there.it's quick and easy.

1 c cottage cheese
1 c grated coconut
1 c sour cream
1 c pecans, halved
1 c crushed pineapple drained
1 c fruit coctail, drained
1 c marshmallows

Steps:

  • 1. mix all and refrigerate.
