Air-Fryer Salmon with Maple-Dijon Glaze image

Being landlocked in the Midwest, my kids always thought they disliked fish. This air-fryer salmon dish definitely changed their minds! I cook it on the grill a lot in the summer months, but found that it is just as tasty and more convenient in the air fryer, especially on those busy days! -Jill Fisher, Portland, Indiana

I've tried many air fryer salmon recipes, but this one is by far the best! The glaze is so flavorful and the salmon comes out moist and tender.
