Number Of Ingredients 11

Dressing:
1 head shredded iceberg lettuce
1 onion finely chopped
1 green bell pepper finely chopped
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 10 oz. package frozen peas, thawed
1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. bacon chopped and fried
1 Cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar

Steps:

  • In a 9 x 13 inch glass pan, layer lettuce, onion, green pepper, celery and peas. Mix together the salad dressing ingredients and spread over the salad to cover completely. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese all over the dressing and top off with the crumbled fried bacon. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate over night.
