Aggression Cookies image

These are called agression cookies because you get to work out you agression kneading, mashing and pounding the cookie dough. They are across between a sugar cookie and an oatmeal cookie. Yummy!

Number Of Ingredients 8

3 c sugar
1 Tbsp baking soda
3 c brown sugar
4 eggs, beaten
3 c butter, softened
6 c oatmeal
1/2 c sugar
2 tsp cinnamon

Steps:

  • 1. In a large bowl add flour and baking soda. Stir.
  • 2. Put in brown sugar, do not stir.
  • 3. Add eggs, butter and oatmeal to bowl.
  • 4. Mash, knead and pound dough until mixed and rounded.
  • 5. Put sugar in a small bowl.
  • 6. Make 1" round balls of dough.
  • 7. Roll dough in sugar then place on cookie sheet.
  • 8. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  • 9. Allow to sit on cookie sheet for 2 minutes then remove to wire rack.
