Tips:

  • To ensure your salmon is cooked evenly, make sure that the fillets are of a similar thickness. If they are not, the thicker fillets will take longer to cook and the thinner fillets may overcook.
  • If you don't have an air fryer, you can also cook the salmon in a preheated oven at 400°F for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • To make the maple Dijon glaze, you can use either Dijon mustard or whole grain mustard. If you use whole grain mustard, the glaze will have a more pronounced flavor.
  • If you don't have maple syrup, you can substitute honey or brown sugar. However, maple syrup will give the glaze a more authentic flavor.
  • You can also add other ingredients to the maple Dijon glaze, such as garlic powder, onion powder, or smoked paprika. This will give the glaze a more complex flavor.
  • To serve, you can place the salmon fillets on a bed of rice or quinoa. You can also serve them with roasted vegetables or a side salad.

Conclusion:

Air fryer salmon with maple Dijon glaze is a quick and easy recipe that is perfect for a weeknight meal. The salmon is cooked to perfection in the air fryer, and the maple Dijon glaze adds a delicious flavor that is sure to please everyone at the table. This recipe is also a great way to get your kids to eat more fish.
