All Seasons Marinade image

3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons ground mustard
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1-1/2 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 garlic cloves, minced

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Use as a marinade for beef, pork, chicken or shrimp.
