I have been making this recipe for years, and use it to teach high school students knife skills and cooking sequencing. It is easy to prepare even for a novice cook, easy to use substitutions, well-liked and healthy.

This recipe is a great starting point, but I like to add my own personal touches. I usually add more vegetables and a different type of sauce.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my stir-fry turned out really oily. I think I added too much oil to the pan.

This dish is a bit too sweet for my taste. I would reduce the amount of sugar in the sauce.

I'm not a big fan of stir-fries, but this one was actually really good. The chicken was tender and the vegetables were still crispy. The sauce was also very flavorful.

This dish was a disappointment. The chicken was dry and the vegetables were mushy. The sauce was also bland.
