Number Of Ingredients 11

1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg
1 cup yogurt
1/3 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Combine dry ingredients.
  • In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients.
  • Add wet ingredients to dry and combine just until moistened.
  • Pour into Loaf Pan coated in non-stick cooking spray.
  • Bake 325 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
  • Allow to cool 10 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
