Steps:
- 1. Beat marshmellow creme on low.
- 2. Add butter (in 1-inch pieces) and beat until smooth.
- 3. Add the vanilla (or flavoring) and confectioner's sugar, scraping down sides of bowl occasionally. Continue to beat on medium-high until smooth and fluffy.
