American Chop Suey, Italian Style image

American Chop Suey with a chunky meat sauce, garlic, oregano and lots of flavor. Not bland like Mom used to make, but simple enough that my whole family gobbles it up. Very quick and easy to make for a great weeknight dinner. Add salad and bread, good to go. A healthy sprinkling of GOOD parmesan cheese is a must!

I'm not a big fan of American chop suey, but this recipe was actually pretty good. I would definitely make it again.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my American chop suey turned out really dry. I think I might have overcooked it.

This is a great recipe for a budget-friendly meal. I used ground beef and it was still very tasty.

This dish was a bit bland for my taste. I added some extra garlic and ginger to give it more flavor.
