Steps:
- Remove the core and outer leaves from the cabbage (but keep the head whole) and place it in the center of a large cutting board. Pour blue cheese dressing over the top of the cabbage, top with as many strips of bacon as you like, sprinkle with some salt and then chop the whole thing aggressively until it resembles the salad of your dreams. Add the blue cheese crumbles, dill, avocados, carrots and lemon juice and toss together. Adjust the ratios as you go as necessary. Serve on the butter lettuce leaves.
