Anita's Sour Cream Irish Bread image

Irish bread has a taste of it's own and sometimes comes out dry. This recipe that my mother-in-law made every St. Patrick's Day is more moist and delicious than any I've had.Since she has passed,I now make it in tribute to her every St. Patrick's Day which makes it very special to my family.

I'm not a huge fan of sour cream, but I decided to try this recipe anyway. I'm so glad I did! The bread was amazing! The sour cream added a subtle tang that really complemented the other flavors in the bread.

I love the addition of sour cream in this recipe. It makes the bread so moist and tender. I also like that this recipe doesn't require any kneading.
