Steps:
- Mash bananas (I use potato ricer because kids love tools) in large mixing bowl. Stir in other ingredients. Lightly grease and flour one 8 x 5" loaf pan. Pour batter into pan. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for about one hour. Test for doneness with a toothpick. Cool in pan 5 minutes and turn out on rack to cool completely.
