I had found this recipes along time ago in a cookbook and i refer to this recipe when i am in a hurry and what something sweet and easy to eat.

Steps:
- 1. In a large saucepan, combine the apples , sugar water: cinnamon and nutmeg. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat: cover and simmer fot 10 minutes or until apple are tender. Uncover : cook 9-11 minutes longer or until most of the liquid has evaporated. Remove from heat .
- 2. In each of the four goblets or parfait glasses, layer 1 tablespoon of cookie crumbs, 1/2 cup ice cream and the fourth of apple mixture. Tp with remaining cookies crumbs and whipped cream Serve immediatley.
