I served these fun appetizers for the first time on Thanksgiving. My family asked me to make them several times after that, so the tasty little bites made an appearance on my Christmas spread that year, too. We love them so much they've become a holiday tradition. -Tracy Burdo, Burlington, Vermont

Meh. I followed the recipe exactly, but I was not impressed. The stuffing balls were dry and flavorless. I won't be making these again.

Not bad at all. I found the recipe to be a bit bland, so I added some additional herbs and spices. After that, they were quite tasty.

Delicious! I had to make a few substitutions, as I didn't have all of the ingredients on hand. I used dried sage instead of fresh, and I added a bit of grated Parmesan cheese. They turned out great!

These were a great success! I added a bit of chopped walnuts for some crunch and they were perfect. The only thing I would change is to use less salt, as they were a little too salty for my taste.

Very flavorful and so easy to make! I have made this recipe several times now and it is always a hit. I like to add a little bit of dried cranberries for a pop of color and tartness.

Total success! Followed the recipe to a T and they came out perfectly. I served them with rosemary chicken and everyone cleared their plates. I will be making these for Thanksgiving too.

Fabulous! I am obsessed with stuffing. I have tried numerous recipes, and this is the absolute best one. The Granny Smith apples gave it the perfect sweet and tart flavor. I am definitely going to make these again and again!

Excellent recipe! Great flavor and easy to prepare. The cooking instructions were spot on. I made a double batch and the only thing different I did was add a 1/2 cup more chicken broth and 1/2 cup more milk, otherwise it would have been too dry. I'll

This is such a versatile recipe! I used it for a gathering of vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. Simply omitted the sausage for the vegetarian guests, and everyone raved about how delicious they were!
