Apricot Chicken Wings image

Mildly seasoned but not overly sweet appetizer wings that adults and kids love. With only four ingredients the only time involved is marinating, baking and sitting in the crock pot. All are included in the cook time.

Number Of Ingredients 5

5 lbs chicken wings
1 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons apricot jam
1 jar apricot baby food
2 cloves garlic, minced

Steps:

  • Remove tips from chicken wings and discard; cut through wings to separate; marinate in plastic bag with remaining ingredients for 24 hours.
  • Place chicken and marinade on jelly roll pan lined with well-greased foil; bake at 350°, 1 hour, turning once.
  • Place in crockpot on low for at least 3 hours; serve warm or cold.
