Artichoke-Spinach Pinwheels image

This is my type of holiday recipe. You can assemble them, freeze the unbaked spinach pinwheels and bake them directly from the freezer. What convenience!-Donna Lindecamp, Morganton, North Carolina

These were a great way to use up some leftover spinach and artichokes. I'll definitely be making these again.

I added a little bit of garlic powder to the cream cheese mixture and it really took the flavor up a notch.

I used a store-bought puff pastry dough and it worked perfectly. The pinwheels were flaky and delicious.

Overall, I thought these pinwheels were pretty good. They were easy to make and they tasted fine, but they weren't anything special.

These were a little too salty for my taste. I think I'll try using less Parmesan cheese next time.

I'm not a big fan of artichokes, but I really enjoyed these pinwheels. The spinach and cream cheese helped to balance out the artichoke flavor.
