Art's Curried Shrimp Recipe - (5/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 10

3 tbsp butter
1/4 cup minced onion
1 1/2 tsp mild curry
3 tbsp flour
3/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1 cup chicken stock (1 bullion cube in 1 cup hot water)
1 cup milk
1 cup shrimp
1/2 tsp lemon juice

Steps:

  • Melt buuter; blend in onion and curry; saute lightly. Stir in flour and seasonings; cook over low heat. Stir in broth and milk; return to heat and cook another minute. Add shrimpl stirn in lemon juice. Pour over hot rice and enjoy.
