I thought this was going to be one of those 'it looked better than it was' type of dish, but I was wrong. The result looked and was delicious. The glaze makes it.

I love hoison glaze, I add it to and serve it with many things. So I knew these would be great before I even made them. The family loved them!

Will definitely make these again and serve with mashed sweet pototoes. I think the combination of the salty, juicy, and slightly sweet of the glaze would pair well with the sweetness of the mashed sweet pototoes.

Followed the recipe but the meat would not hold together when cooking, and crumbled and broke completely apart in the pan! I'll try again and not mix it as much before cooking in the pan.

I think I overcooked the meat so they turned out a little dry. I'll have to try this again and cook them for less time.

I have my own hoison glaze recipe that I used, but will stick to this recipe next time. Will definitely enjoy them again!

These were easy to make and very flavorful. I especially liked the hoison glaze. I served them on buns with all the fixings and they were a big hit with my family.

I added some grated carrot and zucchini to the mix, and they turned out great! I also used a little less hoison glaze, as I found it to be a bit too sweet for my taste.

YUM! These were delicious, moist, and very flavorful with a great balance of sweet and savory. We will definitely be making these again.

These were so good that I at half of them myself, right out of the pan! My husband and I can't wait to try the rest with buns and all the fixings next time.

The recipe was easy to follow and the ingredients were easy to find. However, the result was just okay. They were a little dry and the hoison glaze has an odd taste.

My family loved these! I used ground chicken instead of the ground meat and I think this recipe has even better results than if I had followed the recipe as written. Will be making this again soon!

These were a huge hit at my last dinner party! I followed the recipe exactly and they turned out perfectly. So moist and flavorful, and the hoison glaze was the perfect touch. Will definitely be making these again.
