This salad is a great make-ahead dish. I made it the night before and it was even better the next day.

I'm not a huge fan of asparagus, but I really enjoyed this salad. The mustard dressing was really good and the ham added a nice salty flavor.

I thought the asparagus ham salad was just okay. The dressing was a bit too tangy for my taste and the ham was a little dry. I probably won't make this again.

This asparagus ham salad was a hit at my last party! The mustard dressing was the perfect complement to the salty ham and crisp asparagus. I also added a few chopped hard-boiled eggs for extra protein.
