1 lb asparagus, trimmed
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
2 Tbsp rice vinegar, unseasoned
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

  • 1. Cook asparagus in a large pot of boiling salted water until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes. Drain. Transfer to bowl of ice water and cool. Drain and pat dry.

I'm not a fan of ginger, so I omitted it from the dressing. It was still delicious!
