I was skeptical about turnip fries, but these were surprisingly delicious! The turnips held their shape well during cooking, and the seasoning was spot-on. I served them with a side of ranch dressing and they were a hit with my family.

These turnip fries are a great low-carb alternative to traditional potato fries. They're crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the lightly spicy seasoning is perfect. I'll definitely be making these again!
