My aunt was a wonderful cook and we always looked forward to visiting with her and eating her dishes. Her meatloaf was a treat every time we had it.

Steps:
- 1. Mix 1st 8 ingredients together to form a loaf. Place in a loaf pan.
- 2. Pour tomato sauce over top and place bacon on top.
- 3. Cook at 350 for about an hour. Temperature in middle of loaf should be at least 160 degrees. Let sit for 15 minutes then slice.
- 4. Use leftovers for sandwiches the next day!
