Avocado Tuna Lettuce Wraps image

2 (4 ounce) cans tuna
2 avocados, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1/2 Tablespoon fresh dill
8 romaine lettuce leaves
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 bunch sprouts (optional topping)

Steps:

  • Drain tuna and remove from can.
  • In a bowl, toss together tuna, avocado, red pepper, and dill.
  • Gently fold in lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  • Divide salad onto four lettuce leaves and top with sprouts if desired.
