- 1. Preheat oven to 325 degree F. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish or same sized casserole dish.. In a large bowl, mash potatoes, along with - melted butter, sugars, eggs, extract, cinnamon and cream. Spread mixture into prepared dish. In a dish, combine pecans, flour, butter and brown sugar. Crumble evenly over potato mixture. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes or until bubbly and topping is golden. Enjoy! Note* Sometimes I make an extra half recipe of topping.
