My Mum always made these tasty and easy to make appetizers on Christmas morning. We would snack on them while opening presents and it would make the wait for the big Christmas dinner much easier. You will need toothpicks for this recipe.

I wasn't sure how the bacon and chestnuts would go together, but I was pleasantly surprised. The flavors complemented each other perfectly, and the sauce was delicious. I'll definitely be making this again.

This recipe was a disaster! The bacon burned and the chestnuts were raw. I'm not sure what went wrong.

Not my favorite recipe. The bacon was too salty and the chestnuts were too tough. I won't be making this again.

This dish was okay. The bacon and chestnuts were good, but the sauce was a bit bland. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

I'm not a huge fan of chestnuts, but I really enjoyed this recipe. The bacon added a nice smoky flavor, and the sauce was very flavorful. I'll definitely be making this again, but I'll probably use a different nut.
