This was an easy and delicious recipe. I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts instead of turkey medallions, and it turned out great. The sauce was especially good.

This recipe was a bit too complicated for me. I'm not a very experienced cook and I found the instructions to be a bit confusing. I think I would try a simpler recipe next time.

I found this recipe to be a bit bland. The turkey medallions were not very flavorful and the sauce was lacking in depth. I think I would add more herbs and spices next time.

This recipe was a bit too rich for my taste. The bacon and Dijon cream sauce were very heavy. I think I would prefer a lighter sauce next time.
