Steps:
- Combine cranberries, apricots, raisins and sherry in small saucepan. Heat over medium heat to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. (Can be made up to two days ahead. Cover and refridgerate. Heat gently before using) Heat oven 275. Carefully slice top rind off of brie. Place brie in oven proof dish. Bake until brie begins to melt slightly and woobles when dish is shaken. About 25 minutes. Don't over heat since the brie will separate if over heated. Remove from oven, top will fruit mixture. Serve with crackers or thinly sliced french bread round.
