Baked Cranberry Fruit Casserole image

This has become a family favorite. So good as a sweet fruity side dish or a yummy fruit dessert with ice cream.

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 c raw cranberries, washed
3 c apples, peeled and sliced
8 oz crushed pineapple
3/4 c sugar
1/4 c uncooked oatmeal
1/3 c flour
1 c brown sugar
1 c chopped pecans
1/2 c butter, melted

Steps:

  • 1. Place cranberries in a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish.
  • 2. Top with sliced apples and crushed pineapple
  • 3. Mix sugar, oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, and pecans; spread over fruit.
  • 4. Pour melted butter over all.
  • 5. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, about 30 minutes.
