Baked Fish Mozzarella image

I found this on the internet! And and i thought that it would be really good to try but have not tryed it as of yet; It is on my list to try.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 lb sole fillets
4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
1 small sliced tomato
1/4 dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper (to taste)

Steps:

  • 1. Butter a large baking dish.Rinse fish and pat dry. Arrange fish in a single layer in dish. Sprinkle with cheese and layer with tomato. Dust with oregano, garlic , salt & pepper . Bake 10 minutes at 350*. or until done.
