Baked Honey Dijon Chicken Tenders image

I love breaded chicken, but I don't like the fat and calories of it fried. I came up with this from 7 different recipes from RecipeZaar, pulling what I liked out of them. I made this for my niece and nephew and they loved it!

These chicken tenders were a bit dry for my taste. I think I would add a bit more oil to the baking dish next time.

I added a bit of garlic powder and paprika to the breadcrumb mixture for extra flavor.

I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts instead of chicken tenders and they worked just as well.

These chicken tenders were a bit too sweet for my taste, but my kids loved them.

I'm not usually a fan of honey Dijon sauce, but I really enjoyed it on these chicken tenders. The sweetness of the honey balanced out the tanginess of the Dijon perfectly.

These chicken tenders were a hit with my family! They were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the honey Dijon sauce was the perfect finishing touch. I will definitely be making these again.
