1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 cup packaged cornbread stuffing mix
1/2-3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted
3 eggs, beaten

Steps:

  • Lightly grease the bottom and sides of a 3-1/2 quart crock pot.
  • Combine all ingredients; pour into the crockpot.
  • Cover and cook on high 2-1/2 to 3 hours.
  • Good with baked ham.
