Baked Pork Chops With Apples and Onions image

Interesting sounding chops from a community cookbook called A Recipe Collection. This was listed as "Chops I" and was submitted by Josephine DeLucia. I haven't tried this yet. Has organge juice, sage and ginger too.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my pork chops came out really tough. The apples and onions were good, though.

These pork chops were a little dry, but the apples and onions were delicious. I think I would try cooking the chops for a shorter amount of time next time.

I thought this recipe was just okay. The pork chops were a little dry and the apples and onions didn't add much flavor. I wouldn't make this again.

These pork chops were amazing! The apples and onions added a delicious sweetness and crunch to the meat. I also loved the gravy that formed on the bottom of the pan. I served it over mashed potatoes and it was the perfect comfort food meal.
