Not a fan of this recipe. The pork was dry and the gravy was too salty. Would not recommend.

Pork was a bit overcooked, but overall the dish was still good. The gravy was especially tasty. Will try again, cooking the pork for a shorter time.

Disappointed. Pork was tough and dry. Gravy was bland. Flavors were just not there.

Used bone-in pork steaks. The meat was fall-off-the-bone tender. The gravy was rich and tasty. Served with mashed potatoes and green beans. A real comfort food.
