Baked Turkey Legs image

I love these recipe with mashed potatoes and gravy. My family loves it when I cook this one trust me there is no left overs.

Number Of Ingredients 5

4 turkey legs
season salt &pepper to taste
4 clove of glaric, crushed
1 bell pepper seeded & coarsley chopped
1 onion coarsely chopped

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 250 Wash turkey legs under cold running water place in baking dish and season according to taste. Add remaining ingredients and seal tightly with aluminun foil. Place in a preheated oven and allow to cook over 4 hours.
  • 2. If you desire gray pour pan drippings into a saucepan. Combine 3 tablespoon of flour with 1 cup of water mix well removing lumps and rapidly adding your pan drippings while stirring.
