Steps:
- Blend salt, turmeric, cumin, cardamoms, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves and ginger, garlic in a blender.Boil lamb pieces in a pot with little water.When tender, add prepared spices and mix cook till water dries.Blend fresh coriander, mint and green chilies finely in a blender.Remove in bowl and mix cream with it.Heat butter in a pot, fry onions and remove on absorbent paper.Grind onions with little water in a blender.Add lamb, fry for 5 minutes, add onion paste and cream mixture and put on slow heat till dry.
