2 ripe bananas, cut
3 tablespoons margarine or 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, spread
3 tablespoons orange juice
1 dash cinnamon
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 drops vanilla

Steps:

  • Heat the butter until melted on a small pan.
  • Add the sugar, then orange juice.
  • About 1 minutes.
  • Then add the bananas until browned.
  • Do not over cook.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon and drops of vanilla.
  • Serve over vanilla ice cream.
