There are probably a kazillion banana nut bread recipes on here, but I just can't refrain from posting my favorite recipe any longer! I've had this recipe for years - not sure of its origins, but it's never failed me!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 325. Grease two small loaf pans.
- 2. Beat together eggs and sugar. Add oil and bananas and combine well.
- 3. In separate bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda and nuts. Add to wet mixture.
- 4. Divide mixture between the two loaf pans. Bake for about 1 hour.
- 5. Remove from pans and cool on rack.
