Banana Nut Mandarin Orange Bread image

Number Of Ingredients 11

3 cups Bread Flour
2 cups Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Chopped Nuts
3 Eggs (well beaten)
1 1/2 cups Oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 Bananas (soft, smashed)
11 ounces Mandarin Oranges (drained)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Combine all dry ingredients, including chopped nuts, in a large mixing bowl.
  • Stir in well beaten eggs, oil, bananas, mandarin oranges and vanilla.
  • Pour mix into two greased bread pans.
  • Heat for 50-60 minutes until golden brown.
