Banana / Oatmeal Bread image

This was my Mom's recipe for this bread and I always loved it. I make it to remind me of my Mom with the smell of bread baking in my home. I lost my Mom in 2006 and I still see her making this bread! Enjoy!!

I'm allergic to nuts, so I substituted the walnuts for chocolate chips. It was delicious!

Not a fan. The texture was too dense and the flavor was bland.

This banana oatmeal bread was a delightful surprise! The texture was moist and fluffy, with a hint of crunch from the oats. The banana flavor was perfectly balanced, not overpowering. It was a great grab-and-go breakfast or snack.
