I tried this recipe this morning and we decided it was delicious. A nurse prescribed a teaspoonful of ginger for my husband and myself each day. This is supposed to be beneficial for cholesterol. This recipe makes it taste nice.

This smoothie is a great way to get my daily dose of fruits and vegetables. I usually don't eat enough fruits and vegetables, so this is a great way to sneak them into my diet.

I'm not a fan of smoothies, but this one is pretty good. It's not too thick or too thin, and the flavors are well-balanced.

This smoothie is a great way to use up overripe bananas. I always have a few bananas that are about to go bad, so this is a great way to use them up and not waste them.

I'm not a big fan of orange juice, so I wasn't sure if I would like this smoothie. But I was pleasantly surprised! The orange flavor is subtle and not overpowering, and the banana and yogurt really balance it out. I'll definitely be making this again

This smoothie is a bit too sweet for my taste, but it's still pretty good. I think I'll try using less honey next time.
