Banana Split Cappuccino image

The coffee tree is actually a tropical evergreen shrub. Each shrub lives for about 15 years and produces enough beans annually to make 1 pound of ground coffee. From Cappuccino Espresso the Book of Beverages by Christie and Thomas Katona.

1 oz chocolate fudge syrup
1 oz strawberry syrup
1/2 oz banana syrup
2 shots espresso
steamed milk
whipped cream
marschino cherry, for garnish
nuts, finely chopped, for garnish

Steps:

  • 1. In a 12-ounce cup, combine syrups and espresso.
  • 2. Fill cup with steamed milk and top with whipped cream.
  • 3. Garnish with cherry and sprinkle with nuts.
  • 4. Serve immediately.
