Basa (Swai) Fish in Coconut Sauce image

Basa is a mild white fish. This recipe is very quick to make. I serve it with a side of coconut rice to use up the rest of the coconut milk in the can and the fish is done before the rice finishes cooking.

This dish is a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll add some more spices next time.

I'm not a fan of fish, but I loved this dish! The coconut sauce is so creamy and flavorful, and it really masks the fishy taste. I'll definitely be making it again.

I followed the recipe exactly and the sauce turned out way too thick. I had to add some water to thin it out.

The fish was a bit dry for my taste, but the sauce was delicious. I think I'll try cooking the fish for a shorter amount of time next time.
