Bass for Dinner image

My grandson gave me a bass on Canada Day, and here's how I grilled it.

1 lemon, juiced
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
1 pinch salt
1 pound skinless wild striped bass fillets

Steps:

  • Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, pepper flakes, and salt in a bowl. Add bass fillets; marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Grill bass on the preheated grill until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 5 minutes each side. Discard any remaining marinade.
