This ceviche was a disaster. The bay scallops were tough and the marinade was way too salty.

This ceviche was just okay. The bay scallops were a bit bland and the marinade was too acidic.

I'm not a big fan of ceviche, but this recipe was actually really good. The bay scallops were cooked perfectly and the marinade was flavorful.

I've never had ceviche before, but this recipe was a great introduction. The bay scallops were sweet and juicy, and the marinade was flavorful without being overpowering.

This ceviche was a hit at my party! The bay scallops were incredibly tender and the marinade was perfectly balanced. I will definitely be making this again.
