Game Time, Its the Season for quick fingering Foods. Both the guys and gals will enjoy these. This one will definately be on our table @ game time. It can be Kicked up a Notch with tobasco, or red pepper Flakes, for the guys that like it a bit spicier.

Number Of Ingredients 8

BRN SGR BBQ SAUCE
2 C ketchup
1 C light brn sugar (packed)
2 TBS worchestershire sauce
2 Tbs vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
CHICKEN DRUMETTES:
6 lb chicken, patted dry.

Steps:

  • 1. in Med Bowl; Whisk together all the Sauce Ingredients. (Set aside 1 cup for later)
  • 2. Preheat Oven 450 degrees. Line 2 baking sheets with Foil. spray with pam lightly. Divide chicken into 2 pans , Toss well with the reserved 1 cup Sauce.
  • 3. Bake Chicken til done about 35 minutes. rotating sheets from top to bottom of the oven,and tossing & turning the chicken.
  • 4. Toss baked Chicken in 1/2 cup sauce, after baking. return to oven for 5-6 min. Serve with reamining sauce on the side. NOTE: TT Kick it up a notch, toss in red pepper flakes to sauce, and bake accordingly. or toss in 1 Tbs Tobasco into the sauce, and bake. Both was will kick up the heat, and make the chicken hot and spicy. Enjoy the game.

I had some trouble getting the sauce to stick to the chicken. I think I might have cooked them at too high of a temperature. Other than that, they were still tasty.
