I must admit this hot dog dish is pretty good.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Spray a 2 qt. casserole dish.
- 2. Add butter to saucepan. Saute the green peppers and onions until soft. Add the hot dogs and brown. Add the ketchup and pork and beans. Pour into casserole dish.
- 3. Top with the biscuits. Bake for 15 minutes. Top with cheese and bake another 10 minutes. until cheese is melted
